1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Shine Therapy Waco website (shinetherapywaco.com) or submitting an inquiry to our practice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Shine Therapy Waco provides pediatric speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment services for children from birth through age 18, with continued support for young adults with special needs. Services are provided by Kate Baker, M.S., CCC-SLP and Kelsey F. Brown, M.S., CCC-SLP, both licensed in Texas and certified by ASHA.
Services are provided in our clinic inside Lighthouse Pediatrics (1000 W Hwy 6, Waco, TX 76712), in schools, and in daycares across the greater Waco area, subject to availability.
Our website is informational. It does not establish a therapist-client relationship. That relationship is established only upon completion of intake paperwork and scheduling of an evaluation or therapy session.
3. Payment and Fees
Shine Therapy Waco is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards
- Health Savings Account (HSA) cards
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards
Upon request, we will provide a superbill including our NPI numbers and applicable procedure codes, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage is determined by your individual plan; we make no guarantees regarding reimbursement.
We are an approved TEFA vendor. Eligibility and payment through TEFA are subject to the rules and requirements of that program.
Current session and evaluation fees will be communicated to you directly before services begin. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointment scheduling is handled directly between the client family and Shine Therapy Waco. We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
5. Medical Disclaimer
